Important instructions:

 

• Please always enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
• Only complete original goods can be accepted as returns. We do not reimburse opened packages.
• Medicines, disinfectants and special items not listed in the catalog cannot be returned.
• Goods that have not been purchased directly from ROGGvet cannot be reimbursed.
• We reimburse a minimum value of € 10.00.
• We refund by crediting a bank account.
• Products that are sent in, including those that are not remunerated, will be properly destroyed and cannot be returned (see Section 8, Paragraph 3 AMG).
